Sahara Refund Portal: The name of the platform is Sahara Refund Portal which is being launched by the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS), Ministry of Cooperatives, Government of India. The objective of this launch is to disburse Rs 5000 crore to the valid depositors of cooperative societies of Sahara Group. Sahara Refund Portal is being launched by Shri Amit Shah, Hon’ble Union Minister for Home & Cooperation. Eligible can apply online for Sahara Refund Portal from its official website www.mocrefund.crcs.gov.in. Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah launched the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal on 18 July 2023. The eligible depositor can apply online for the Sahara Refund from the website mocrefund.crcs.gov.in. It is also known as mcc refund crcs gov in.
The Supreme Court, in an order dated March 29, 2023, ordered that Rs. 5000 Crores should be transferred from the “Sahara-SEBI Refund Account” to the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS) for disbursement against the legitimate dues of genuine depositors of the Sahara Group of Cooperative Societies. So, for this purpose of Sahara Refund, the CRCS launched this portal on 18 July 2023.

Amit Shah launched the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal mocrefund.crcs.gov.in. The genuine depositors may apply online for the Sahara Refund from the direct link given below.
All the facilities and services will be provided to the legitimate investors in the Sahara Group post launching of Sahara Refund Portal. All of these investors of Sahara Group will be able to claim the refund within the given 45 days. As per the official update released by Sahara Group, more than 1 crore investors are seeking refund anyhow since they were waiti. So now the government has made it easy and soon Sahara refund portal will be launched and from this, everyone can apply to claim their refund.
